Buying a Home on Kauai, Real Estate Home Sales May 2024

Both Kauai home prices and the number of sales are up in island wide, the South and North Shore and Lihue. It’s the beginning of June and the first five months of sales are in to compare to this same time last year. Inventory has gotten a little bit better on the island, but that has done nothing to dampen the housing market.
