Hawai‘i Life Appoints Maui Real Estate Broker Tom Tezak as the Director of Global Affiliations

Hawai’i Life Maui broker Tom Tezak has stepped into the role of Director of Global Affiliations. As the newly-appointed Director, Tom will build on the work of the Hawai’i Life Global Affiliations Program’s previous director.

The purpose of Hawai’i Life’s Global Affiliations Program is to serve Hawai’i Life Agents and their clients with the marketing of their luxury properties on a global scale by partnering with Forbes Global Properties and Luxury Portfolio International. 

“Hawai‘i Life’s international affiliations provide another level of exposure for our agents and clients. I’m excited to be given the opportunity to assist the agents of Hawai’i Life in this capacity, helping them expand their opportunities and networks, and enabling their clients to benefit from superior local area knowledge and market expertise,” said Tom.

Tom brings three decades of real estate experience to his position as Director of Global Affiliations. For over 20 years, he has specialized in Maui’s luxury market and inventory, giving him an advantage that he looks forward to sharing with Hawai’i Life’s affiliates around the world.

“John Climaldi, the former Director of Global Affiliations, did an excellent job promoting our referral network and affiliations to our agents and I look forward to continuing the work he began,” said Tom.

“My role as director is to network with all of our affiliates around the world and bring the value that exists within this affiliation to our agents so they can maximize exposure for their listings. I’ve also begun working on growing our network by adding more affiliates,” Tom added. 

Born in Joliet, IL, Tom was inspired to move his family to Hawai’i years ago to enjoy what matters most: Being home with his wife and two daughters for dinner every night. Today, Tom lives in South Maui in a home he designed and can often be found boating and fishing with family and friends, or involved with his other passion, photography.
