Are you moving to Maui to have some space?
Do you sometimes wish you could actually be there at a property at odd times, to see the sunrise or sunset, or just randomly check in to see how noisy or quiet the location is? Now you can – at this great vacant land listing on Maui’s north shore. Sunrise, moonrise — what’s your choice?
You’ll appreciate the quietness of this country location, within the gated Kailua Country Estates. Listen to the songbirds in the early morning!
Look at that view!
This live stream camera is set up on the neighbor’s lanai overlooking 320 Hanauana Rd. – that’s the lot for sale just past the swaying banana plants. The fenced-in grassy open space is home to a few goats right now. This 2.3-acre property is ready for building — you can build two homes here on the Agricultural zoned property, along with other outbuildings.
Is this what you’re looking for?
It’s a perfect location for those seeking a sustainable lifestyle on Maui. People here catch the rainwater for their water needs, and harness the power of the sun for their electrical needs, though Hawaii Electric is available along with fiber optics. Farming and organic gardening are favored activities. It’s a nice community.
Let me help you.
With years of experience: from building and farming, off-grid living, and just enjoying the Maui lifestyle since 1980 — you’ll benefit from having a knowledgeable guide on your journey.

Thank you for bringing ‘my’ view back. We used to live right next to this property on Maui’s north shore. Best time ever – there is not a day that goes by where I don’t wish I was back there!

Many Polynesian people believe in an energy or life force called “Mana.” They believe that certain places are filled with it, and that people can not only feel it, but draw upon it. I don’t necessarily believe in Mana, but if I did, I’d say that property has it in spades. You have to see it in person to believe it!!!

> Hi Kaleb – you got that right. We know and love this area too and appreciate the sustainable aspects and that it’s not at all crowded. People who live around here love the abundance of nature and the clean environment. Thanks for dropping by.
