Are you ready to get your offer accepted?
Hawaii is a “Sellers Market” and it’s common for a seller to get similar offers on the same house. One of the best ways to increase the probability of getting your offer accepted is getting a “Pre-Approval Letter” instead of a “Pre-Qualification Letter.”
In the next video, we explain what is behind each letter.
Thanks for watching!
Feel free to shoot me a text, email or call if you have any questions. I wish you the best of the lucks on getting your dream home.

Well I appreciate the information as our plan was to obtain a pre-qualified letter but now I see the benefit for getting a pre-approval letter. Thank you! Our desire is to be in Hawaii in Jan 2020 to begin our home search.

> Hi Tim,
Thank you so much, I’m glad you enjoyed my blog post!
What a great and exiting way to start your 2020, moving to Hawaii!
One thing to keep in mind is that Pre-Approval letters expire in 90 days, a great way to be ready its getting Pre-Approved right before you guys start looking for your dream house. Typically in our market it takes between 30-45 days to close on a house.
This gives you the right amount of time to fulfill the requirements in a timely manner.
I wish you the best of the lucks on this new adventure. Enjoy the Aloha-living.
