Summer Staging Tips for Selling Your Home | Oahu, Hawaii
Staging Tips
Are you listing your home this summer? Here are some summer staging tips to help you to beat the heat of the competition. This is Fawn Bertram with Homes by Fawn and Hawaii Life.
Curb Appeal
First things first — curb appeal. Remember, this is the buyers first impression. So you want it to be a great one. It can be difficult to keep your grass green in the summer heat. So focus your watering efforts on the front lawn without completely neglecting the back to show them that the grass truly is greener on your side.
Spruce up the Front Door
Next, spruce up the entryway. Clean up all the debris, lay a welcome mat down and get a nice fresh potted plant for a pop of color.
Keep it Cool
Cool them off. Getting in and out of a vehicle to view properties in this heat can be brutal. So keep your thermostat between 70 and 73 degrees and place an ice bucket of bottled water on the counter with a note, inviting them to cool off with a nice refreshing drink.
More Information

But it is very important that the buyer has the ability to go through the home at their leisure, without feeling as though they are intruding. I hope these tips help and happy selling.
