One of the reasons East Oahu Realty aligned ourselves with Hawaii Life is because we saw something very fresh and unique about the company. We saw a local company that embraced Hawaii, its culture, and its people. We saw a company that was experiencing phenomenal results in a relatively short period of time. We liked the design, the brand, and the culture. We also liked and respected the leadership team. After six months (we merged February 5th), our respect for the leadership team and HL’s vision has only increased. Yes, there have been more than a few hiccups. The learning curve has been huge and not without complaint. But, as we move forward, we are more convinced than ever that this was a smart move. A right move. As Hawaii Life, we have great tools and a great brand. We have great agents. Great leaders. We have supportive staff and everything we need to succeed individually and as a team. We also have great visionaries. Thank you, Matt. Thank you, Winnie.
I do have one major complaint about Hawaii Life, though. I believe our leaders have been remiss in sharing their own success stories and accomplishments. I get that Matt and Winnie and their whole team are more about doing the work than espousing their work. But, I think there is a time and a place to remind us all that we are working with the best of the best. If you need proof, take a look at the attached 2019 fact sheet. It’s impressive. And, it’s only the beginning.
Thank you Matt, Winnie, and the whole Hawaii Life ohana. Blessed to be part of this amazing company.
