Who is Fawn Bertram (RA)?

Aloha, my name is Fawn Bertram, and I am a real estate agent with Homes by Fawn and Hawaii Life Real Estate in Oahu, Hawaii. In this post, I wanted to introduce myself to you. Most posts I usually talk about Real Estate but this time, let me introduce myself.

I am a military spouse and we’ve PCS’d 4 different times all over the world. I live in Ewa Beach, Hawaii with my husband who retired from the Marine Corps after serving 20 years. We had many great adventures in the Marine Corps. We lived overseas to the East and West Coast. Traveling has been something we’ve become accustomed to, but now we get to call Hawaii home.

We have 6 children, 1 grandchild and two cats that are crazy, Sugar and Oreo.

I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering, and prior to Real Estate, I worked for the Federal Government for 13 years. I did all sorts of communication and IT support.

What I Love About Hawaii

What I love most about Hawaii is the outdoor lifestyle and community. You can hike, snorkel, paddle-board, surf all throughout the year. The weather is amazing; it stays in the 80s throughout the whole year. You don’t need sweaters or jackets, leave that at home. The normal attire is a t-shirt, shorts and slippers.

More Information

I get asked frequently, what is your favorite part about real estate. My favorite part about real estate is meeting new people. I love hearing their stories and where they came from. I feel so blessed once I’ve earned someone’s trust.  Becoming a trusted advisor and close friend means everything to me. Knowing I helped someone through one of their biggest milestones in their life is truly an amazing feeling. It’s so special handing over keys and seeing that look in their eyes.

Thanks for taking the time to read a little bit about me. I look forward to learning more about you, your interests and dreams. Can’t wait to help you start on your path to home ownership. Fawn Bertram with Homes by Fawn. We’re here to provide you with a smarter approach to real estate. Have a wonderful day!
