2017 was another solid year for Wailea Fairway Villas with 11 closed sales, beating 2016 by 1 sale. The total dollar volume shows a much bigger difference though. In 2016, those 10 sales total approximately $6,460,000 versus approximately $9,041,999 in 2017 with only 1 extra sale.
To me, it is a clear demonstration of how much values have improved, and I am proud to say that my ground floor, completely remodeled, two bedroom listing in building E logged in one the highest sold prices in the past 10 years, closing at $740,000, the highest value of a two bedroom unit in 2017.
Last week we closed on an upstairs two bedroom listing in building X, logging the second closed sale in 2018; a three bedroom townhouse, listed by another brokerage firm, closed 3 days prior. In mid-January, another two bedroom unit, listed by another brokerage firm, in building J went under contract. That’s a very strong start for Wailea Fairway Villas.

- 5 two bedroom units listed for sale with asking prices ranging from $630,000 to $735,000
- 2 three bedroom townhouses listed at $879,000 & $949,000
- 1 pending sale — a two bedroom unit listed at $747,000
