It’s that time of the year again. Yes, this year’s annual dues are due again. I was happy to see the HOA dues of 2011 remained at $584. This is the second year in a row that dues have remained the same.
If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to become a Waikoloa Village homeowner, please take the time to read an old blog of mine describing the great privileges of our community: Waikoloa Village Offers Residents Unparalleled Perks.
Waikoloa Village Association is a community originally established as a golfing retirement community in 1971. Over the years, however, the population has changed and become a more general community. Ninety-six new homeowners experienced the benefits of the Waikoloa Village lifestyle by purchasing a home in 2010.
Don’t you want to be next to enjoy owner’s privileges at a very fair price?

I would like to add that when purchasing property in Waikoloa Village, perspective owners should not forget to read through their homeowner’s CC&R’s which can be found on http://www.waikoloa.org as well as lots of pertinent information about the Village. The amenities you have living in the Village are welll worth it; a planned community with a 3 lane lap pool and separate kiddie pool, tennis courts, golf clubhouse and resturant and let’s not forget our wonderful golf course that offers the best golf fees on the island. Oh, and we have our own shopping center with a variety of business and services, including a grocery store.
