The construction activity at Sunset Ridge is in full swing. It’s so great to see this wonderful community coming together. The homes are looking amazing and the views are outstanding.
First and Second Homes Completed in Final Phase
We’re excited to announce that the first and second homes in the final phase at Sunset Ridge have been completed, and the new owners absolutely love them. Congratulations! We are so happy for them.
Progress on Remaining Lots
The final touches are happening now on Lot 2, which will be ready within the next 4-6 weeks. The remaining 6 homes are in various stages of construction and are available to tour anytime. You will not be disappointed.
Floor Plans at Sunset Ridge
Floor Plan SR1 is a 3 bedroom/2 bath design with 1,806 square feet of living space. Boasting a 2.5 car garage, the entrance to the residence leads to the kitchen, which will have Corian quartz countertops, and the front and rear lanai serve to optimize the outdoor living experience.
With the entry lanai and foyer located on the lower level, and all bedrooms, the living area, and a second lanai on the upper level, Floor Plan SR2, Lot 1, is the final two-story structure being released in this Sunset Ridge phase.
