Spotlight on Jessica Boehlke – Kauai Mom, Marketer and Mortgage Consultant

This spotlight series features some of the loan experts at Element Mortgageour preferred lender.

Jessica’s parents have resided on the North Shore of Kauai for almost 16 years. Jessica and her family moved to the beautiful island of Kauai from Austin, Texas (yeehaw!), drawn by family, the friendly people and the land.

Jessica earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University, with a major in Marketing. While in Texas, she worked for a preferred lender of a national homebuilder for several years.

In her role there as a Mortgage Consultant, Jessica won awards for her service and hard work. In her first year as a Mortgage Consultant, she successfully closed 80 loan files, providing excellent customer service to her many clients as they transitioned into their new homes.

Jessica is passionate about helping others – whether it’s helping a friend clean up after an event or bringing someone a cooked dinner when they’re sick. She also loves assisting her clients, helping them to make informed choices when it comes to getting a mortgage.

At the heart of everything she does is her family. She spends her days with her two dogs, two kids, and her loving husband, making every effort to be outdoors as much as possible. When she’s indoors, she thoroughly enjoys budgeting and organizing everything in her house (not kidding).

As a Mortgage Consultant with Element Mortgage, Jessica hopes to make the mortgage process as easy and seamless as possible for her clients. Prompt and open communication is always her goal. Being trustworthy and honest is always how she approaches each transaction. It’s her goal that you are 100% satisfied throughout the entire transaction.

Some of Jessica’s local recommendations:

  • Best shave ice: The Wishing Well down in Hanalei has the BEST shave ice, and it’s organic!
  • Best beach: Anini Beach is amazing! Especially if you’re bringing kids. On a good day, the water is calm and protected by a barrier reef. It’s great for snorkeling and stand-up paddling!
  • Best place to eat dinner: The Dolphin in Hanalei is awesome!! Some of the best local seafood and the portion sizes are great! Great sushi, too!
  • Best place to bring visitors: Kilauea Lighthouse (pictured at the top of this blog post) is an awesome lookout point to bring visitors and guests!

I am happy to go over many more places to eat and beaches to visit! Just give me a call and we can chat!
