Sky Ala Moana スカイアラモアナ Ground Breaking Ceremony

This morning I attended the ground breaking ceremony for new condo development, Sky Ala Moana. Sky Ala Moana has sold 70% so far and ready to start construction. Building will be completed in 2022. アラモアナショッピッングセンターど真ん中の山側に建つ　ホテルとレジデンシャルが一緒になったスカイアラモアナ　コンドミニアムの地鎮祭が今日行われました。
不動産価格が高いハワイで、60万ドル位から購入出来る　しかもショピングセンターの真ん前で、ホテルとレジデンシャルのツインタワーのこのコンドミニアムは　2022年完成予定。　ワンベッドと2ベッドのユニットがあって　アメニティーも良さそう。　70％以上のユニットが成立して　いよいよ建設準備に突入です‼️ ハワイは何をやっても遅いのが常。　なのにこのプロジェクト、予定を前倒しで進んでいるのだそうです。　まだ良いユニットあります❣️ ご興味ある方はご一報ください。
