A total of 7 new 3-4 bedrooms homes from $557,800 – $611,800 will be released. Tentative move-in dates will be around August 2019. Lottery applications are being accepted now!

Interested in participating in the lottery? Here’s what you need to fill out…
- Lottery application completed.
- The Owner-Occupant Affidavit notarized.
- A Pre-Approval letter by a lender of your choice.
All forms must be submitted to Seabridge by Gentry by 3:00 pm on Thursday, May 30, 2019. If you decide to use the in house lender for Gentry Homes, Ltd., they will pay points and closing costs up to 3%.
The lottery will be held on Saturday, June 01, 2019 at 11 am. Immediately after the lottery, the selected prospective owner-occupants shall be given the opportunity, in the order in which they were selected, to select one of the designated units and submit an earnest money deposit of $1,000. After a home is selected, the purchase contract must be completed within 7 days.
