PiliMai is a new development located in the heart of Poipu. PiliMai sits next to a championship golf course and is close to some of Kauai’s most visited beaches. Construction started on this new development in 2014 and is ongoing at this moment. PiliMai is listed by Makai Properties and still has units for purchase. Many units have sold, but there are still units available. There will be just under 200 units in this luxury development. Prices start from the low $600,000’s.

1. New construction with AC. It doesn’t take long to search around Poipu and see that most of the properties were built 30+ years ago.
