In 2007, I bought a home in Puako, with my ex-husband, long story, we have one daughter and she lives there! Flash forward to 2013, when I bought a home to live in myself, with my life partner…so excited, we are about to remodel, more fun on the horizon!
Puako is a small, oceanfront community that I have truly grown to love and embrace; this is a remarkable place that I am proud to call my home. Hawaii Life was established in 2009, shortly thereafter, I signed on with Hawaii Life and successfully closed the brokerage’s first transaction in Puako. Since then, I have gained momentum, capturing just over 20% ($17.065M) of Puako’s total sales volume ($85.27M).
In 2013, I had the opportunity to represent clients in 4 of Puako’s 12 real estate transactions. Collectively, Hawaii Life represented 8 of the 12 transactions that took place in Puako during 2013. In just five years, Hawaii Life continues to achieve a significant share of Puako’s real estate market.

Just got back from Waikoloa. Wanted to make contact with you but ran out of time….had too much company….won’t do that again! Anyway , Puako has always been a favorite place of mine , rented there a couple of years ago with friends of mine. I think I will probabiy want to go back there next time. Did I understand that you handle some rentals there? We rented from 2 Papayas last time, Have been going to the ” Big Isand” since 1973. Still my favorite…consider it my second home ……maybe one day. Back to reality…..if you could be so kind as to let me know about the rental properties you handle I would be most grateful.
