Pohakala at Mehana – Phase 1, Section 2 Offered Via Lottery December 10, 2016
D.R. Horton’s second section of Phase 1 shall be offered via lottery on December 10, 2016. The two-story 2 and 3 bedroom condominium townhomes range in price from $489,700 for the 2 bedroom unit to $641,800 for the popular 3 bedroom Live/Work units, which allow for a mixed residential/commercial use.
11 units will be offered. Construction to begin around the start of 2017, with projected completion sometime around August/September of 2017. Lottery packets, which include an Owner Occupancy Affidavit which must be notarized, are due no later than Friday, December 9, 2016 at 12 noon.
