Ha’iku Maui on Peahi’s North Shore is (in my opinion) the best place to live. Take that a step further, and add a Holokai address, and you are at the top of the world.
A gorgeous setting and view from this magnificent home
Plantation Style Masterpiece
My new listing is just that. This lovely plantation style home was inspired by the famed Olowalu House and has had a renovation from top to bottom, inside and out (MLS# 353714).
Linda Lange is a renown designer on Maui – and she has outdone herself! What first strikes you is the unique architecture, large lazy lanais, and exquisite use of space. Over 4,200 square feet of interior living make it a grand space for any living arrangement.
The main home has four bedrooms with in-suite baths and an additional powder room. There is also a guest suite that is attached to the home that is the perfect place for live-in parents or friends to visit.
The master bedroom is one of the largest I have ever seen. It has a walk-in closet, library, and the most gorgeous bathroom imaginable, all with views of the grand Pacific Ocean.
Gorgeous Chef’s Kitchen
Brazilian Tiger Wood covers most of the floors in the living areas, and you will find the classic crown molding to add to the charm. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with ocean views to match. There is a wonderful flow from the kitchen, to the lanai, to the living area, and makes for perfect entertaining.
The kitchen is a chef’s dream!
Charming Lanai with Views
The lanai is my favorite part of the home as it is reminiscent of lazy days of Hawaii’s past…or perhaps a riverboat churning down the Mississippi? Large white corbels, classic lighting, and architectural details couple with the gentle trades blowing through the trees…Ahhhhhhhh.
Relax on the spacious lanai and enjoy the amazing ocean views

Beautiful property Kristina! So did Linda Lange design the Olowalu wedding property as well because I can definitely see the strong similarities?
