Pineapple Hill Market Update: May Fairly Quiet

There were two properties that closed this month within Pineapple Hill. Aside from the two sales, the market was fairly quiet. There were no new listings, no properties pending, and no price reductions on the existing listings this month.

What Sold

  • After 485 days on the market and starting at a list price of $2,900,000, 108 Woodrose Pl. (MLS# 363410) closed on 5/2/2016 at a sales price of $2,195,000.
  • 214 Crestview Rd. (MLS# 368627) closed on 5/9/2016 at a sales price of $2,525,000. It was originally offered at $2,795,000 and sold quickly, only being on the market for 70 days.

May has left us with 12 properties currently on the market within Pineapple Hill, ranging in price from $2,495,000 up to $6,300,000 with an average list price in the neighborhood being $3,566,875.
