The summer months have sparked a little more activity for the real estate market in Pineapple Hill. After only one sale through the first five months of 2017, both June and July have brought a sale to the neighborhood. That is a 50% drop in sales during the same period last year.

610 Silversword Dr. (MLS# 372299) closed on 6/30/2017 at a sales price of $2,400,000. It was on the market for 190 days and was originally priced at $2,650,000.
106 Woodrose Pl. (MLS# 374716) was sold on 7/3/2017 for $1,750,000. This property was sold prior to being listed on MLS.
