Pineapple Hill Market Update – August Remains Fairly Quiet

After another sluggish month in Pineapple Hill, there are just a few changes to talk about for the month of August. Below are the changes and details I wanted to bring to your attention.

New Listings

218 Crestview Rd. (MLS# 370500) came to the market on 8/10/2016. It is listed at $3,695,000.

Price Reductions

228 Crestview Rd. was originally priced at $4,150,000. It was reduced to $3,995,000 on 8/25/2016 after 542 days on the market.

Cancelled

118 Pulelehua St. (MLS# 370429) was cancelled on 8/28/2016 after being on the market for 25 days. It had been priced at $3,775,000. This property was previously listed for 12 days from 5/11/2016 – 5/22/2016 at $3,775,000 and earlier this year it was listed for 9 days from 1/16/2016 – 1/25/2016 at the same price.

After 340 days on the market, 116 Pulelehua St. (MLS# 366486) was cancelled on 8/28/2016. It was originally priced at $2,999,000 on 2/7/2015 was raised to a high of $3,695,000 on 12/21/2015 and reduced to $3,395,000 where it remained until being cancelled on 8/28/2016 after 340 days on the market.

404 Monarch Pl. (MLS# 363799) has also been cancelled. After first being listed on 1/30/2015 at a price of $2,495,000, it remained at that price for 571 days until it was cancelled on 8/23/2016.
