April has brought us only a few things to talk about. The month started with 20 active listings, with 1 property changing its status to pending, that number is now 19. Aside from that, there are just a few price reductions.

610 Silversword Dr. (MLS# 372299) is pending as of 4/4/2017. It was priced at $2,650,000 and spent 130 days on the market.
Price Reduction
620 Silversword Dr. (MLS# 371720) had a price reduction of $250,000, bringing it down to a list price of $2,745,000. That is down a total of $350,000 from the original asking price of $3,095,000. It has been on the market for 161 days.
342 Cook Pine Dr. (MLS# 369994) has now been reduced to $2,998,000 on 4/5/2017, down $297,000. It was originally priced at $3,395,000 when it was listed on 6/23/2017. Prior to that it was priced at $3,695,000 for 233 days and started at $4,650,000 when it spent 970 days on the market, with some other price reductions within that time.
