Last month while on Kauai for business (I know, it’s a tough life, but someone’s gotta do it), I dropped by Brookfield’s development, Pili Mai. I was amazed at how far along this project has come since my last visit. With less than 30 units available out of 191 total, this project has been selling like shave ice on a sunny day. Which is just about every day in Poipu, on Kauai’s South Shore.
