It’s located right in the heart of Paia, in the Shops at Paia Bay, which is a small retail complex on the makai side of Hana Highway. You’ll find us upstairs above Tobi’s Shave Ice, with a staircase next to the driveway into the parking lot. There’s usually plenty of parking available. Come on up the stairs and enjoy the view of downtown Paia! We can look at properties for sale via the internet and then head out to view some homes or land in your price range.

Paia: A Charming Little Beach Town

Paia is a charming little beach town on the north shore of Maui, which has transformed into a hip and desirable place to live for anyone who loves water sports such as surfing, kite boarding, paddling, and windsurfing. Remnants of the old sugar cane days still exist in some of the old buildings, though the old Paia Sugar Mill has long since been shut down.

Nowadays there are many restaurants, galleries, and boutiques that cater to the tourists. It’s fun to spend a day browsing through the diverse shops that line Baldwin Avenue and Hana Highway, and pick up a few trinkets or some beachwear. With so many good beaches nearby, it’s not unusual to see people walking around town in their bathing suits while eating ice cream. 

The most popular beaches around here are: Spreckelsville Beach, Baldwin Beach, Paia Beach, Tavares Bay, and Ho’okipa Beach.

How’s the Real Estate Market?

The real estate market in Paia typically has about 25 properties for sale, with starter homes around $500,000 or more. If it’s oceanfront property you desire, then expect to pay upwards of $4,000,000 for a home, and perhaps less for a beachfront condo if you can find one. Some oceanfront properties will enable you to launch your rig from the front yard, or a nearby ocean access point. 

A few of the more affordable neighborhoods are: Skill Village, Kuau Bayview, and Northshore Village.
