Kai Lani is also only one of two condo complexes in Ko Olina that is oceanfront. Built in 2003, Kai Lani has 116 total units. As of today, there is only one on the market; 92-1001 Aliinui Drive 2A (MLS# 1015517) is the only unit available for sale.
Just like how my colleague David Buck wrote about Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates recently, there is very little inventory for sale in Ko Olina. In addition, what makes this unit such a great buy is the current asking price of $789,000 is just over $300,000 less than the 2006 sales price of $1,090,000!
