Welcome to the Green Pineapple Hideaway, a cozy and comfortable studio apartment tucked within a private, lush landscaped 1 acre estate on Oahu’s North Shore. *400mb high speed internet and ample work space is the ideal set up to work hard and play harder.

Located in the cool, quiet hilltop community of Pupukea. Lux plush bedding and cool local art and photography offers you an ultra comfy, authentic Hawaii vacation experience.

The Set Up:

Living area and galley style, fully equipped kitchenette (no oven/stove). We offer you a Cuisinart air fryer oven and a dual electric hot plate. Gas BBQ is located outside on the covered lanai for grilling.

Full bathroom with large step-in stone appointed shower.

Sleeps 2-3 people with king sized bed, sofa sleeper option or an X-Long twin sized “punee” bed. The room is open and a shared space. (see photos/video).

There is a main residence attached to this home on the upper level. **Upper level and studio are not rented separately. Please inquire with Property Manager about the option to rent the upper level, sleeps 8, or the entire estate, sleeps 10. *Additional rates and fees for cleaning will apply.

Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD also offered. Also enjoy the enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower for rinsing after beach time!

Also included: BBQ w/gas grill, large yard with fruit trees (lychee, guava, citrus, in season), X-L covered lanai/patio spaces for relaxing on the ground level, as well as a covered garage that fits 2 cars and ample parking in the driveway.

*Additional Mid-Stay Cleaning fee required for every 30 days booked.

The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30 days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. The 30-day rental period will be communicated to guest upon booking. All rates quoted will be based on a 30 day period. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
In compliance with the Revised Ordinances of the City & County of Honolulu, the Property will be made available to you for your use and occupancy for a period of thirty (30) days. If you do not stay for the full 30 day period and stay for your scheduled dates the property will remain vacant through the end of the scheduled 30 day period.
