There’s a new mid century modern listing in Manoa I’ve heard was coming online for nearly a year. It was finally listed on Tuesday. It’s another rare listing by famed Oahu architect Alfred Preis.

It appears the integrity of the original home is in decent shape and hasn’t had much remodeling along the way, which could make the restoration process more defined and not as lengthy. Although there was another listing earlier this year I wrote about, these don’t come up that often and I’m guessing will go pretty quick.
