This weekend is National Open House Weekend and there will be open houses scattered everywhere.
1350 Laukahi St. (MLS# 1102160) will be open June 5th from 2-5 P.M.
I’ll be sitting my listing above on Waialae Iki this Sunday. This home is now a great bargain as we’ve recently reduced the price to $1,100,000. A home right across the street (slightly smaller with a pool) is under contract with an asking price of $1,420,000!
Open houses have traditionally been a great way for owners to market their property to the public and also a great way for buyers that are just starting to look to see what is on the market. Even though I’ll be sitting my listing for this nation-wide event, this will only be a fraction of what is available for sale on the market.
