The year-round trade winds make the neighborhood very cool as the daily winds keep the neighborhood temperate and relaxing. The winds keep the neighborhood cool enough that most nights air conditioners are not needed. Cool nights are accompanied by the evening rains bringing a sense of tranquil peace.

The neighborhood is just minutes from some of the greatest beaches in the world: Honolua Bay, Napili Bay, Airport Beach, Kaanapali, and Puamana. And, if you’re a golfer, there are plenty of choices that are just a short drive – the Plantation and Bay courses in Kapalua, and the Royal Kaanapali and Kaanapali Kai courses in the Kaanapali Resort.
The Specs
The complex was finished back in 2002, and since then, has gone on to earn a great reputation amongst the West side real estate. There are a total of 184 units with a total of 26 buildings housing 8 condos, and there are a select six that have 4 units. Each building only stands two stories tall to preserve the views that the units enjoy.

Pets are permitted within the community, however, short term rentals are not. Although short term rentals are not allowed, it should not deter investors as many of the units are rented out long term.
Market Activity
Over the course of 2013, there were ten units sold in Napili Villas. They were all just about in the same price range, units ranged from $280k-$439k. The properties moved decently quick as they sat on the MLS for about 4 months.
