Real Estate

As of July 24, 2025, we have 1609 active listings and 229 pending.  That is 12.45% pending currently. Holding pretty steady since last time. Buyers still have choices and negotiating power.  Sellers must use options to attract Buyers.  Experience counts.  I’ve persevered and navigated these markets, helping Buyers and Sellers alike.  If you have questions, I am your real estate resource.

I have been busy working on a project that will be coming to market soon. 20 acres of ocean view organic farmland in Waiehu! I’m so excited to share Kuawa Olu with you all. Stay tuned!
