Maui Residents Are Invited to Our New Office Blessing and Celebration in Paia on June 13, 2019

As our Maui team of real estate agents continues to expand, the need for a larger, street-level office location on Maui’s North Shore led to a new office space at 26 Baldwin Avenue, which will open its doors on Thursday, June 13, 2019 with a grand opening celebration & blessing.

That’s right, Maui friends and clients! We are moving from our upstairs office at 127 Hana Highway in Pa‘ia, first opened in 2013, to a new street-level storefront on Baldwin Avenue next week.

A grand opening celebration will be held on Thursday, June 13 from 5 to 8 p.m., with an office blessing. Maui residents are invited to attend and enjoy complimentary refreshments and camaraderie with our team of Maui real estate agents and our larger ‘ohana.

Our new office is located in the green building adjacent to the Sand People boutique. As part of our commitment to creating community-centered real estate offices, the inviting space is designed in the distinctive, beachy style that’s consistent across our workspaces in Hawai‘i.

If you have to spend time in an office once in a while, we reckon it ought to be bright, comfortable, practical and someplace you actually want to hang out. Plenty of open space allows for small gatherings and community events. The office features a communal area ideal for collaboration and client meetings, as well as work stations for Maui agents and brokers who work remotely, but who are able to come and go from this central community hub.

Director of Operations Rhonda Hay said, “As our Maui team grows, we were in need of more space for agents and clients.” The new, larger location in the heart of Pa‘ia is one of four Hawai‘i Life offices on Maui, with convenient locations in each of Lahaina, Wailea and Kapalua.

The company’s Chief Design Officer and Founder Winston Welborn spoke to the company’s kinship with Pa‘ia. “It’s a surf town that we love because it has the same feel as Hanalei, where we started Hawai‘i Life just over 10 years ago.”

The opening celebration coincides with several other company events taking place that same weekend. These include Hawai‘i Life’s sponsorship of the Maui Film Festival and a beach cleanup planned in collaboration with Surfrider Foundation Maui, to be held at Baldwin Beach Park beginning at 8:30 a.m on June 15, 2019.
