It appears that homes in Hawaii have become very overpriced in the last couple of years. While prices may have softened somewhat recently, it is evident that they will drop substantially more in the coming months as recent buyers realize the mistakes they have made, and current sellers are unable to unload their properties at their current asking price.
Thus, although I am interested in purchasing property in Hawaii, I believe it is important to wait until prices reflect a more realistic value.
