Lovette Llantos Joins Hawai‘i Life As Broker-in-Charge on the Big Island

We are excited to welcome Lovette Llantos to her new Broker-in-Charge role on Hawai‘i Island. Lovette is a top-producing and highly respected Realtor-Broker who brings close to two decades of experience as a licensed real estate professional to this position. She will help lead our team of real estate professionals on the Big Island.

Her expertise is reinforced by a wide variety of intra-industry experience, ranging from executive leadership to association management, property management, and professional sales training. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from the University of the Philippines and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University in Washington, DC.

Lovette is a board member and the 2020 President-Elect of the West Hawai‘i Association of Realtors (WHAR), where she has volunteered her time on the board and multiple committees over the years. She also served on the board of directors of Hawai‘i Island Realtors (HIR).

“Lovette and I first started connecting around Hawai‘i Life’s success in the high-end residential market across Hawai‘i. She knew that Hawai‘i Life represents more sales in the ultra-luxury space than any other brokerage,” said CEO Matt Beall. “So we’d been in this conversation about creative practices in areas like estate management and technological innovations. Over time, we realized her skill set is ideally suited to our needs, especially in West Hawai‘i.”

In her free time, Lovette enjoys practicing hula, playing tennis, and volleyball, and she’s an active volunteer in her community and at her place of worship.

“I wasn’t looking to make a move in my career, but having been exposed to a variety of different business models, the more I learned about Hawai‘i Life, the more curious I became — until finally, I decided I want to be involved,” said Lovette of her decision to join our team. “There’s a lot of opportunity in real estate in West Hawai‘i, especially now, so I’m really looking forward to it all.”

Lovette has successfully completed a wide range of industry-specific continuing education, earning her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI®) designation, where she gained in-depth knowledge of real estate, legal and regulatory issues. She’s also achieved advanced education in technology and professional standards. Lovette’s advanced designations and certifications include:

  • Graduate of Real Estate Institution (GRI®)
  • Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®)
  • Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®)
  • Association Manager Specialist (AMS®)

  • Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®)
  • Internet Professional (ePro®)
  • Certified Rental Specialist (CRS®)
  • Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®)

Lovette has been honored for her outstanding service and achievements by various organizations over the years. In 2009, she was recognized by the Filipina Women’s’ Network with the FWN100 Award™, given to the Top 100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the USA. The award recognizes women for outstanding leadership and achievements in the workplace and their local communities.

She has also demonstrated leadership and volunteerism in support of Big Island charitable causes. She volunteers her time as vice president of the Kona Visayan Club and is the past vice president and current Director of the West Hawai‘i District Tennis Association. Lovette founded the Fil-Am Hawai‘i Foundation and the Annual Fil-Am Friendship Tennis Charity Fundraiser. She is the former Chairperson of the Philippine American Foundation for Charities (PAFC) and past president of the Filipino Young Professionals of Washington, DC.

We wish Lovette tremendous success and welcome her to the Hawai‘i Life ‘ohana!
