Lanikai Oceanfront Real Estate | 466 Mōkūlea Drive

Having written about life on Oahu’s Gold Coast, Upper West Maui’s Kapalua-Napili-Kahana, and luxury listings at Montage Residences Kapalua Bay, I am beyond excited to bring you this stunning oceanfront property in Lanikai as well as a look into the lifestyle.

The other day, I was graciously invited to view the most beautiful oceanfront Lanikai real estate at 766 Mōkūlua Drive. Listed at $19,850,000, this 6 bedroom, 7 bath (5 full/2 half) boasts 7,761 square feet of living space on a 14,497 square foot lot. The property is immaculately built and beckons the active beach and down-to-earth yet subtle posh lifestyle of Lanikai.

Newly completed in 2018, the home is designed for harmonious flow, leisure, convenience, and privacy, whether appointed as a primary or second residence. One of my favourite parts is the private courtyard’s beautiful water feature, which is actually a spa/dipping pool! Scroll below for a virtual tour via Instagram reels as well as a formal Matterport, plus more property photos. The location of the home, and Lanikai in general, is idyllic, with amenities in close reach in the adjacent beachtown of Kailua. Life is good here with the beach, Whole Foods Market, CorePower Yoga, Target, restaurants, boutique shopping, and places to do business nearby.

Lanikai is a beautiful enclave of Oahu, with some of the most enviable oceanfront and beachfront real estate on the Hawaiian Islands found around the ‘Lanikai Loop’. The beach community of Lanikai is designed as a walkable and bike-able loop, with beach paths makai side (beachside), hills mauka side (mountainside), and of course, some of Oahu’s best real estate along it every which way. First row beachfront to stunning eagle eye panoramic ocean views high up on a hill, to heavenly streets leading towards the sand between, homeowners love living in Lanikai. Mid-Pacific Country Club is a ten minute walk to golf, dining, pool, fitness center, events, and social activities. Step out your door in the direction of Lanikai Beach, or for a walk around ‘Lanikai Loop’ (or simply ‘The Loop’).

Fun fact: I lived in Lanikai Summer of 2012. It’s quite a special place for residents and their families to wake up and call home. I rose with the sun, walked Lanikai Beach, made many green smoothies with kale from the Lanikai Community Garden, and took a deep breath from the action of Town (Honolulu). I was a quiet, old soul even at age twenty five! 🙂 The Hawaiian Islands, and Hawaii real estate, truly have it all for every stage of life.

Contact me to schedule a private showing, or for more information about this stunning Lanikai oceanfront home, including floor plans, amenities, and features, as well as for real estate needs across the Hawaiian Islands. Now based back in the Diamond Head-Kahala area of Honolulu, I’ve lived across Oahu, Maui, The Kohala Coast of Big Island, Kaua’i, and have even spent time on Lana’i regarding real estate at Manele Bay and Koele. I’m thrilled to share lifestyle, real estate experience, referrals, and recommendations with you from each place called home.

Warmest mahalo for reading the blog on Lanikai living and real estate! More to come.
