Interests rates are at an all-time best and just because prices are high and inventory is low, doesn’t mean you won’t get the best price. Sellers want to sell, and though they may think their house is hot, it doesn’t necessarily mean it is worth what they are asking.
Your Price is the Best Price
You can always go up in price; it’s a bit harder to go down. There is no harm in testing out the seller. They may want to sell quick. They may have no other offers. They may be over the process of showing the house. You simply do not know.
Don’t Let the Sticker Price Dissuade You
Real estate agents are here to make it easy for you to get the best price possible, but you are the negotiator. You are the one who gets to decide what a place is worth. The ball is in your court. Lets shoot!
