Kahalawai Neighborhood: Located on a Kukui’ula hillside and offering panoramic ocean, golf course, and mountain views, the Kahalawai Neighborhood presents private residences on spacious homesites.
In December, the exquisite 4-bedroom 5.5-bath residence, designed by architect Bing Hu, artfully situated on the 1.46 acre Kahalawai Homesite 50 and built by Unlimited Construction, was listed for sale at $16,000,000, $3,028/sqft.
