Kukui’ula Club Blooming in Kauai’s Cool Summer Breeze

Kukui’ula Club Summer 2024 Update

According to its recent update letter, Kukui’ula’s 2024 real estate market is thriving with homes sales already surpassing 2023 figures and 13 homes sold or in-escrow to date.

The market remains vibrant reflecting the strong demand for high-quality homes and luxury properties in the private South Shore Kauai community. 34 members have begun building, with another 50 members in the design review and permitting phase during the past year, according to that update.

Ready-to-Build Homesites

There are currently 18 ready-to-build Kukui’ula homesites listed for sale from $725,000 to $5,500,000. These Kukui’ula Club homesites are located within the South Kauai IRS-designated Opportunity Zone. Kukui’ula investors with capital gains income have been taking advantage of this OZ tax incentive since 2018.

There are currently 11 custom Kukui’ula homes listed for sale from $4,500,000 to $19,500,000. According to the Kukui’ula Club member update, architects such as Shay Zak, Bing Hu, Keith Kelly and Santo Giorgio, inspired by the outstanding views and guided by the direction of the wind and the shape of the land, have designed homes that showcase the finer aspects of Hawaiian architecture.
