Ko’ula Groundbreaking – Newest Condo at Ward Village in Honolulu
Today I had the pleasure of attending the groundbreaking ceremony for Ko’ula, the newest building in the 60-acre Ward Village master plan in Honolulu. The popularity of Ko’ula with buyers has been impressive, and sales have been strong. The earthy tones and natural materials that the building showcased have resonated with buyers looking for new condos in Honolulu. With ocean and mountain views, future residents will also live next to the 1.5-acre Victoria Park.
The 565 unit Ko’ula, by Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang, is designed to resemble sculpture rising from the garden. The building will be as functional as it will be beautiful.
The Ward Village master plan will have approximately 15 residential towers when completed, and thousands of square feet of retail space for area residents to enjoy. Ko’ula is currently the 6th building in the series.
