The location, setting, grounds and house are a wonderful Hawaiian estate. It has a huge garage, beautifully planted grounds, new rock wall along the driveway as well as room to expand if so desired. The unobstructed sunset views out the huge backyard patio are beckoning an infinity edge pool. Come take a look and you will be convinced!

Katie, as you already know, this location is fantastic! Close to all the best resorts and golf courses and just minutes from two of the best beaches on the gold coast; Mauna Kea and Hapuna, not to mention all the smaller beaches in between. Talk about convenience, with Waimea town just 20 minutes away, escape up the hill for a cool upcountry experience and then come back down to enjoy the ocean. Can’t beat the price for the area and no CCR’s are very appealing to a broad number of folks out there. Two thumbs up!
