Kahala Towers A-1605 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo just came on the market at $448,800. Last week, Tropic Gardens #115 reduced their listing price from $510K to $495K and Kahala Towers A-402 reduced from $455K to $442K.
The average sales price for the past 12 months for 2 bedroom condo/town homes in Kahala is $450K, so it makes sense for the over-priced listings to start reducing prices now if they want to sell.

As I mentioned in my previous How to Live in Kahala for Under $1 Million Dollars blog, a couple over-priced listings encouraged several more to come on market, and now we have the largest inventory of Kahala condo/town homes on the market that we have seen in years with 10 current active listings. Looks like a good opportunity for a buyer get a good deal on one of them by submitting multiple offers and see which seller is willing to come down in price.
