Kaanapali Coffee Farms: A Unique Option for Spacious Living in West Maui
Kaanapali Coffee Farms is a Unique Luxury Subdivision
Kaanapali Coffee Farms is comprised of 52 lots, zoned agricultural. If you have ever wanted to live on a picturesque farm without doing any of the farming, this could be the perfect setup for you. Many of these lots have been sold and/or built on, with just a few remaining available parcels. It is a great place to purchase or build your dream home while having farmers with extensive experience cultivate your land. Lots range between 4-7 acres. Approximately a 1-acre portion of each parcel is allotted for your dwelling site and personal landscaping. The remaining portion is full of mature coffee trees. Kaanapali Farm Services contracts with the homeowner’s association to farm and tend the land. Maui Grown Coffee then processes and sells the finished product. I will share with you 5 reasons why this development is one-of-a-kind:
1. Location
Kaanapali has long been one of the most coveted areas to own a home in West Maui. Kaanapali Coffee Farms occupies its own hillside space apart from the adjacent neighborhoods and beachside resorts. It is only a 5-10 minute drive to North and South Kaanapali Beach. And it is located between the renowned Kapalua Resort and historic Lahaina town. Therefore, it really is central to anywhere you would want to venture in West Maui.
2. Land Size
If you are looking for open space with few neighboring homes in sight, Kaanapali Coffee Farms is a great option. The parcels are not allowed to be subdivided which is not always the case in other developments. All of the lots have been designed with permissible areas for dwelling sites so that you won’t encounter a new build right in your view line.
3. View
The entire subdivision is located on the Kaanapali hillside so every parcel has expansive ocean views. This, combined with beautiful green views of the West Maui Mountains, makes every door and window better than artwork. And then there are the rows of coffee trees reminiscent of wine country. They are cut back at least every four years, so they rarely grow taller than 10 feet. You can enjoy picturesque sunsets every evening from your pool and you are sure to see an abundance of sailboats, whales, and rainbows.
4. Lifestyle
Enjoy the farm lifestyle without the 24/7 dedication it requires to maintain a working farm. The subdivision is gated so fewer people and less noise mean you can enjoy the quiet at a relaxing pace. Flocks of white herons make for a serene sight. And at dusk, you might see owls flying amongst the coffee trees. This sense of natural contentment, combined with views of Molokai and Lanai, allows for an ideal Maui lifestyle.
5. Coffee
Know that what grows on your land is an award-winning product sold at the Maui Grown Coffee store located at the historic Old Pioneer Mill in Lahaina. It is sold in many local restaurants and stores as well. The product is popular amongst tourists but also benefits the local community. I regularly buy Maui Grown Coffee. Along with supporting a local product, I enjoy it because it is high-quality and very consistent.

There are much better places to buy land and live than in Maui. Your state is a disgrace to the human race with all your fear mongering and socialist ideologies.
I have the money but would never consider your island as a place to live.
