When last I wrote about Ka Milo at Mauna Lani, the community of luxury resort paired homes and single-family homes, the news was that the final developer units were nearing completion, and most were sold. In the first quarter of 2020, six developer homes transferred to their new owners, along with two resale listings. Then we took a long pandemic pause…but now Ka Milo is selling strongly again, with three homes sold since September and two more in escrow.
Only three Ka Milo homes are currently on the market, and two of them are new Hawaii Life listings. Both of them have a strong vacation rental track record but would also be suitable for a full or part-time residence with privacy and access to resort amenities.
