Julie Keller, R(B), Promoted to Statewide Training Director

Hawaii Life is thrilled to announce that Julie Keller, R(B) has been promoted to Broker-In-Charge of Statewide Training. In her new role, Julie will be responsible for training the brokers, salespeople and support staff at Hawaii Life in the use of the company’s software, website, and cloud-based transaction management system.

Since joining the company in 2010, Julie has kept up a fast (and fluid) pace in her career with Hawaii Life. Perhaps that’s a testament to her background as a Nia dance instructor. She’s needed that skill to deal with the demands of her previous position as the Big Island’s first Broker Concierge. She’s now taking on a Leadership-oriented job responsible for the company’s training demands across the State of Hawaii. We’re quite certain that Julie will help to co-create something even better than we envision now.

Hawaii Life has exceptionally high standards for support and service to the Brokers and salespeople who have trusted their careers with us. So, as we grow, we must also grow our support network, our leadership. Julie has demonstrated and incredible thirst to learn every detail about the practice of real estate and the use of Hawaii Life’s tools. She also has an innate ability to understand different behavior styles and adjusts her training accordingly. (An exceedingly helpful skill when dealing with such a wide variety of people!). We are grateful that Julie has chosen to join the Hawaii Life Leadership Team.
