Julie Keller, R(B) has been promoted to Broker-in-Charge, Hilo.
Given Hawaii Life’s Leadership culture, it’s super exciting when we have the opportunity to promote Leaders from within our organization. Julie Keller has proven herself more than worthy of her new role as Broker-in-Charge, Hilo.
When Julie signed on to Hawaii Life as a Salesperson in 2010, needing a Broker-in-Charge for Hilo was nowhere on our radar – we didn’t even open our first Hilo office until January, 2013. Always looking for a way to contribute and grow professionally, Julie went from a solitary salesperson to working on a top producing team, then to being a Broker Concierge, to Statewide Training Director, Broker-in-Charge Transactions and now to Broker-in-Charge, Hilo. In 4 years. That’s a ton of change in a short period of time. Julie has handled it all exceptionally – with grace, gratitude and a big smile.
As part of the Big Island Broker-in-Charge Team, Julie brings the critical components of organization and systemization to a high-volume market. She knows every system inside and out – having worked them as both an agent, administrator, and BIC. With her highly attuned attention to detail, she notices pukas in our process, and inconsistencies that work more efficiently when fixed. She’s also an intense collaborator – with the constant goal of making things better for everyone.
Julie’s new role includes day-to-day supervision of Hilo Office operations, continued training and systems processing for all Big Island agents, and direct responsibility for growing the Hilo office.
