John Climaldi Leads Our New Kailua Office as Broker-in-Charge

Hawai‘i Life is pleased to announce the appointment of John Climaldi as Broker-in-Charge of the company’s new Kailua office on O‘ahu. John has been a leader within our company since he joined Hawai‘i Life as a broker in 2016. He has served on the company’s leadership team as a Broker-in-Charge, and more recently, as Director of Global Affiliations.

For the past few years, John has been helping to optimize outcomes and relationships in the luxury space with our global partners at Forbes Global Properties and Luxury Portfolio International.  Now he’s bringing his wealth of knowledge and all the social capital he’s garnered with our leading referral sources—and bringing that to an emerging market for Hawai‘i Life in Windward O‘ahu.

We’re excited invite you to our new office in Kailua, where John oversees the day-to-day operations. “We’ve had brokers and agents in Kailua for years—now they’ll have a great spot for client meetings, collaboration, and events,” said Hawai‘i Life CEO and Principal Broker Matt Beall.

Following several years of remarkable growth, John’s new position within the company and the new Windward office space will help us to better serve our many O‘ahu real estate clients. Windward Coast residents and those moving to the area now have easy access to our team of real estate professionals—all with expertise and experience in the Kailua, Lanikai, Kaneohe and Waimanalo real estate markets.

Feel free to drop by our new office on Uluniu Street, next to Jewel or Juice. And congratulations to John on his new role. If you’d like to learn more about him, check out his webpage here.
