Iliahi at Kehalani is located mauka (on the mountain side) of #30/Honoapi’ilani Hwy. It’s on the lower level of the West Maui Mountain foothills with some units having mountain and/or ocean views. These pet-friendly condominiums have solar hot water, communal trash, and small yards.
Floor Plans
Iliahi consists of 92 two-story townhomes, with four units per structure. There are two floor plans, one of 1,258 sqft and the other 1,242 sqft, and both are 3 bed/2.5 bath. The larger floor plan, by 16 sqft, are end units, and they also have additional windows.
A covered entryway is at parking level while another larger covered lanai is located at the rear of the unit. All covered lanais have sliding glass doors, a storage closet and face central Maui.
Parking
Each unit comes with two parking stalls, one covered, one not.
Amenities
Full landscaping of the grounds is included with your maintenance fee. This also includes the small grassy areas off the rear lanais. Lush tropical landscaping is found throughout the complex.
Communal charcoal BBQs and concrete picnic tables are found under large shady trees for convenient entertaining.
