KaMilo at Mauna Lani
The three and four bedroom homes are a must-see. I personally love the location, five minutes walk to Pauoa Bay beach, and a stone’s throw away from the stunning Fairmont Orchid Hotel. Ride your bike or take a jog to the Mauna Lani shops and restaurants.
A beautifully maintained golf course surrounds KaMilo, and owners have access to a private beach club and a world-class recreation center with separate children and adult pools. There is also a secret hot tub nestled in a tropical paradise and a top-of-the-line fitness center.
KaMilo has four different floor plans to choose from, starting from $930,000:
- Hoku A
Hoku A at KaMilo
Hoku A is my favorite with 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath a total of 2,174 ft.² of living space, a large lanai and outdoor BBQ, two car garage and a separate family room. The floor plan has a beautiful open-air kitchen and living room area that flows out onto a splash pool. With a recent price reduction from $1,865.000 to $1,699.00, you can’t go wrong with KaMilo.
In my opinion, this is the hottest location on the island at the moment, especially as we have the new Mauna Lani Auberge Resort coming up at the end of the year. KaMilo residences can be yours, and I’d be happy to send you more information. Shoot me an email and let’s make your Hawaii dream a reality.
A Sweet Treat For You:
I just made an amazing healthy cheesecake. I’ve never made cheesecake before, but it came out so delicious. Here are the ingredients:
- Local Hawaiian goat cheese — the “Mont Blanc” cream cheese
- Coconut manna
- Organic agave nectar
- Coconut oil
- A dash of salt
Simply mix all ingredients together with love and place in the fridge. For the crust I toasted coconut flakes and mix some coconut manna, Yummy yummy yummy one of my favorite things to do is preparing healthy food.
