Aloha Dear Friends,
February is my favorite time of year, well not only is it my birthday month, but here in Hawaii the cherry blossoms trees are blooming, the whales are breaching, and the mango and lychee trees are flowering. The weather is amazing with the perfect hint of coolness flowing through the air, and seeing the snow-kissed Mauna Kea mountain shining in all her glory, is such a treat.
Two weeks ago I went to play in the snow on top of Mauna Kea Mountain and in the afternoon I went snorkeling with a pod of dolphins. Hawaii is a true paradise, there is nothing better than living the Hawai‘i Life.

Homes for Whale Watching on the Big Island
If you are as fascinated with whales as I am, then these two homes will be perfect for your whale watching experience:
1. Villa #33, 62-102 IMAKA PL at Mauna Kea Resort, is the perfect haven to enjoy the show, with unobstructed ocean views you will see Maui in the distance and of course a parade of whales during whale season, which is from December through the end of March. One of the best parts of owning a Villa is you are only a short 7-minute walk to the Kauna oa Beach, our famous half-moon white sand beach. I recently sold a Villa at the Mauna Kea Resort and my clients are thrilled. We celebrated sipping Champagne on the patio as the Sun was majestically setting, a memory that will last forever.
2. Kohala Waterfront, 59-112 Kihi Kihi Place, Kamuela, is a stunning 4 bedroom, 4 and half bath home going for $5,000,000.00. This home sits high above the Kohala Coast with dramatic Kohala Coast views. Click the picture below for more information.
As many of my blog fans know, I am a huge foodie and enjoy sharing my yummy creations, enjoy this healthy tropical recipe:
