I just finished watching episode 12 of Hawaii Life and I loved it as all of the episodes so far. My wife and I would love to move from New Jersey to Hawaii. I am interested in the rail project that is being built in Honolulu. I work for MTA New York City Transit and would love to move to Hawaii and work on that project. Anyway my comment regarding episode 12. The couple that purchased the last apartment that was shown according to the show was listed at $475,000 and the followup says they got the apartment for $365,000. My wife and I were just wondering if that was correct? Did the seller really go down $110,000? Also you negelected to list any of the maintenance fees with the apartments that were shown. Were there any? Anyway we love the show, have seen every episode and have been to Hawaii twice and like I said earlier my wife and I hope to live there some time in the near future.
