Hamakua Coast Realty, A Boutique Firm Serving Hawai‘i Island Since 2001, Joins Hawai‘i Life

We are happy to announce that Hāmākua Coast Realty is joining our team in early 2020. Founded in 2001, this boutique Big Island real estate company is made up of a small team of super talented, locally knowledgeable agents led by founder Gus Elliott, a Big Island resident and Realtor® since 1992.

Over the course of almost 20 years serving the Hāmākua Coast and its residents, Gus and his team have closed approximately $123 million in real estate transactions, building relationships with both buyers and sellers along the way. In addition to their experience, they add more than 40 Hamakua Coast long-term rental properties to our client offerings.

The Hāmākua Coast is a very special and distinct stretch of coastline on the Big Island. Known for its abundant natural beauty, it’s a relatively rural area that stretches north from Hilo, on the northeastern side of Hawai‘i Island.
