I’m excited to post this blog about a great condo unit that I saw on Broker’s Caravan the other day. What is even more intriguing about this listing is that it is located directly above Hawaii Life’s new Wailea office at the Wailea Town Center. • Median:  $2,225,000  Average:  $2,338,378

A search for all active listings in the 1,800-2,000 square foot range (subject is 1,910) gave me the following results:

• Lowest priced—Kai Malu 1,852 square feet, listed at $899,000
• Highest priced—Wailea Beach Villas 1,961 square feet, listed at $4,199,000
• Median:  $2,325,000  Average:  $2,451,461

Most of the higher priced units are beachfront, but if you don’t need the sand at your feet, I think this unit at the Wailea Town Center may be a good buy for you. Contact me for further information.
